"The wine of Chinon Rose is made from a bleeding performed 8 to 15 hours after maceration of the cuvee from sandy-gravelly soil. The fermentation starts slowly and is maintained at 20 C in order to extract all the aromatic potential. Depending on the vintage, this rose is dry to tender and amplifies all its fruit on its fine lie to be tasted from its first youth guaranteeing a great freshness. Accompanied by salads, meats and various dishes of spring and summer."
