Based in Bourgeuil, Lame Delis Boucard is one of the most precise producers of Cab Franc in the region. "Nom de Zeus!!!" is a small experimental project using no added Sulphur whatsoever--and let me tell you they nailed it. Blissful crunchy black fruit, fresh green herbs and petrichor.
