"We're pleased to introduce this textbook rendition of Loire Chenin Blanc from Nicolas Reau. Although Nicolas began his artistic pursuits as a concert pianist, he’s since turned his hand to winemaking, and he’s taken the natural path. This wine is assembled from two parcels of vineyard, both of which are tended biodynamically (although not certified). What you get is fine, crisp, and chiseled-mineral Chenin Blanc. Early autumn orchard, crushed seashells, lemon skin, and fresh linen harmonize for a complete and satisfying example of Chenin that is both long and sprightly. Pair it up with brie and baguette, crudite, and roast duck."
