“This natural wine is 100% Chilean Pais harvested from 200 year old organic vines in the Bio Bio Valley. The wine is left to macerate with its skins after fermentation but prior to bottling. The result is an unfined, unfiltered medium-bodied red driven by tart cherries, earth, and smoke, reminiscent of a nice Burgundy. Drinks best with a slight chill, I recommend popping it in the fridge a half hour prior to drinking.”
