"The Cappellano Gabutti is perhaps the great sleeper of the estate. This wine is produced from old vine Barbera planted on Gabutti which is hallowed ground--literally Barolo Grand Cru in Serralunga. This is Babera with a Barolo backbone. Drink now or hold it in a cool dark cellar and drink over the next 10-15 years. Also a great accompaniment for pizza, pasta, bolognese."
