"Pretty much perfect in every way--the Bertin-Delatte Decibels is a pet nat by breed and yet the wine in the bottle falls sqarely between pet nat and polished and pristine grower method traditional blanc de blanc. Crisp autumn apples, pulverized chalk, and subtle wafts of freshly baked croissant, and a whisper of rasperberries and matchstick. This wine has a history of being ruthlessly allocated and hard to get--we're really grateful to have some to sell."
