"It smells rich, pure, and bold in the glass, with citrus, tart orchard fruit, and faint hints of raspberry and red cherry peeking through waves of chalky mineral and toasty, fresh croissant. The first sip is both mouthwateringly bright and downy smooth, as the pillowy mousse melts into liquid that is somehow creamy in texture, yet lithe and lean.
