While the white label serves as the entry level--the reserve is aged in oak barrels and what you get is the White Burgundy of Sauvignon Blancs--it is packed with rich aromas of lemon candy, lemon curd, fresh cream, grapefruit skin, gun smoke (musket flint), reduced matchstick, and thirst-quenching minerals. On the palate this wine is steely and creamy textured--it reminds me of Meursault--can I say that? 20 cases made. "
