"Juicy white peach, nectarine, and pithy citrus are the first things to jump out of the glass, followed by dusty dried herbs and a smoky stoniness. On the palate, it's clear that this wine is inspired by the classic roses of Bandol; with rich, creamy texture and bright mineral acidity, the finish is lean and mouthwatering. Farmed organically, harvested manually, fermented low and slow by natural yeast at cool temperatures, and bottled with just enough SO2 to keep the freshness front and center, this is a delightfully complex rose, even before you consider the value.This wine begs to be paired with rich seafood; my go-to would be cod and shellfish in a tomato broth with olives and a pile of fresh herbs."
