"We're beyond stoked to add this new Cremant from Bruno Dangin. Bruno's wines have been a staple at Ancona's for many years now...I'd be shocked if you hadn't heard me in the aisle saying 'this poor guy owns land on the boarder of Champagne, he's just on the wrong side of the gerrymandered line'... This bottling is produced from a single parcel, entirely from Pinot Noir and vinifed with just a single gram a sugar which of course is extremely dry and just about as close to Brut Nature as you can get--and the perfect level of 'dryness' for the wine in the bottle. Freshly bake baguette, chalky mineral, and whispers of clean cotton, and wild flowers accompany a graceful texture. This is even just a bit more delicate than Bruno's signature Blanc de Noir."
