"100% Grand Cru. Surely one of the best Champagnes I’ve tasted this year. Like liquid mineral smoke. Riverstone. Reminds me of Dauvissat Chablis laced with perfect pearl. This is the ultimate combination of mineral, citrus, and texture. Exceptional mousse. In case you're wondering: I think the dosage is 2-3 grams, qualifying not just for Brut but Extra Brut. There are whispers around Champagne that Benoit could be the next cult icon — tasting this wine right here, I totally see it. 2/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Chardonnay."
