"Liquid Farm Ancona's Cuvee IV was produced from 100% Graciano sourced from a secret vineyard in Happy Canyon, Santa Barbara. An heirloom variety from Rioja, Graciano is prized for its bright acid, concentrated perfume, and longevity. We're thrilled to witness its potential in this unique pink wine collaboration captured through the lens of Liquid Farm. The end product is bone dry and just a hair shy of 10.5% alcohol. It is driven by the essence of grapefruit oil, fresh yellow apple, peach juice, and a whisper of salinity. 57 cases made. 12 magnums. 3 Jeroboams. Having poured the first glass, it's painfully obvious that the biggest mistake we made was not bottling more magnums. So crushable."
