"James Sparks does it again. There are few winemakers that have displayed such deft mastery of California's most beloved grape variety. James' day job is at Liquid Farm in Lompoc, however, he also produces a small amout of wine via his personal project: Kings Carey. This Chardonnay exhibits quintessential balance, stylish versatility, and a proud mineral gait: fresh cream, green apple, electric lemon curd, and wild flowers harmonzie. The acid is bright in just the way you'd want it to be and the finish is long. Oooooof so good."
