"Composed and complex from the first note. Citrus, green apple, and white stone fruit are accompanied by delicate white blossom, a whiff of vanilla cream, and gently toasted spice and brioche. On the palate, the fruit holds the spotlight. Fresh and mouthwatering, with just enough rich texture to balance the bright acidity, and a long yet refreshing finish that seems to fade back and forth from stony mineral to warm baking spices. It's complexity lends itself to many successful pairings, but my first thought would be scallops or sole with a beautiful sear in a light cream sauce with a squeeze of fresh citrus. 14.1%"
