"Simply delish, this is natural, but polished, offering up serious depth and complexity that can only be found in preciously-farmed fruit that's vinified naturally. When I stick my nose in the glass I can't help but feel like I'm sitting in a garden with a glass of freshly squeezed lemonade with an infusion of crunchy basil -- but also layers of citrus oil, cream, chalky mineral, and lemon cotton candy. If this sounds abstract, I think so too, and it's simply irresistible. On the palate it is bone dry and laced with minerals, salinity, and more fresh herbs. Simply impeccable, just thrilling to find this at the perfect time of year. 11.5%."
