"Adam is run by a young brother and sister team Barbara and Andreas who are producing some of the most precise wines in all of the Mosel River Valley. The family estate is actually located on the Dhron--a tributary to the Mosel. Together, they farm over 50 parcels of vineyard planted mostly on blue and grey slate. Trocken=Dry. Bone dry. It is fermented and aged in stainless steel. What you get is lithe, mineral-charged, and sophisticated. It will prove a flawless accompaniment to poached salmon, spicy noodles, and sushi."
