"You guys just gotta try this stuff. It's bonkers. This Sardinian white is produced from Chardonnay and Vermentino grapes vinified using cryomaceration -- a maceration of the grape skins at chilly temperatures to guarantee a delicate, pretty flavor extraction. Whatever they're doing over there's working great. Delicate, crisp apple and citrus fruits are accented by the unmistakable taste of fresh bitter herbs, and whispers of crushed stone and hay. I don't know if there is anything quite like it. A perfect pairing for shellfish, sashimi, and light cow's milk cheese."
