Here are a few tips and tricks on pairing wine & beer with your Thanksgiving feast:
1. You can never go wrong with sparkling wine! They are wonderful on their own and can be paired with just about anything.
2. When looking for white wines, balance is key. Gravitate toward whites that are refreshing, tangy, and fruity. Avoid whites that are too light or too oaky.
TIM MALONE MEDICI VINEYARD RIESLING 3. If reds are more your style, look for wines with ample acidity and a good amount of fruit. Avoid reds that are too tannic.
WIND GAP 'SOIF' NORTH COAST
4. For the beer lovers out there, it never hurts to try something new! There are so many awesome brews with a range of profiles (light and crisp to robust and smokey) to match the flavors of your Thanksgiving meal.
