Don't let the uber-modern package fool you -- the Vostinic family has been farming this land for four generations dating back to 1936. The wine is made from an obscure indigenous grape variety name 'Skrlet'. The wine is harvested during the cool AM hours and vinified in stainless steel. The resulting wine is mouthwateringly delicious -- driven by top notes of melon, green apple, and a subtle waft of alpine mountain flowers. Partner it at the table with cod, sable, halibut, hummus, ramps, and other roasted veggies."
