"Vibrant cherry red in the glass. Ripe red plums and summer berries with earthy, peppery spice on the nose. Just on the round side of medium-bodied, with soft tannins, this is a super satisfying soif, particularly with a slight chill. 100% Lecinaro, a grape of which I had not previously heard, is fermented dry by native yeasts, and bottled fresh, unfined, and unfiltered, with no funny business added. As you might expect, it's an excellent pairing with bolognese, cheesy pastas, and all things grill."
