"55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 38% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec, 1% Syrah—this robust Bordeaux blend is farmed sustainably in a triumvirate of Washington State appellations including Columbia Valley, Walla Walla, and Red Mountain. It was fermented in a combination of stainless steel and concrete tanks before 18 months in custom French oak barrels. The end result offers up a considerable concentration and purity that you only find in Washington State—Brambly alpine-style fruit: black berries, black cherry and cassis is accented by notes of bitter cocoa, peppercorn, and black olive. The texture is firm but elegant offering an impeccable quality of tannin and concentration. Pair it with lamb kabobs, beef stew, or New York Strip."
