"Mas de Cabres is a great little family Domaine producing delicious reds in the the Languedoc. This little wine is 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache farmed with minimal use of intervention in the vineyard. The end result is flavorful and satisfying -- laced with flavors of black fruits, crushed autumn leaves, and an limestone minerality. A combination of tank and barrel ageing yeilds a wine that is super fresh but manifests the richness of a barrel-aged red. The best of both worlds. Certified sutainable by Terra Vitis."
