"I'm asolutely thrilled to share this utter delight from Laurent Boutin. Equinoxe is the seemingly unlikely combination of Merlot , Muscat de Hambourg (black muscat), and Cinsault--farmed organically and vinified with little or no SO2. The resulting wine is suprisingly light on its feet and carries with it a Beujolais-eque taste and feel. Absolutely delish and a flawless accompaniment for hotdogs and hamburgers off the grill, pulled pork, and the like. Stick in in the fridge and set your timer for 40 minutes to attain utter apogee crushability."
