Its aromas continue to evolve in the glass: dried cherries, mushrooms, antique leather books, wood smoke, cinnamon, pine, orange peel, black olive, and cedar. An open-air spice market in the breeze. On the palate: simply classical Heredia structure. Vibrant acid. Never heavy but concentrated, packed, and mouth-filling. A long finish, whispering of cherry, leather, and pine. Very complex. Mysterious. Stunning. The end result is incredibly satisfying now and will be thrilling to revisit, 5, 10, 20, years down the line. 13%"
