"The boys down at LF done it again. For our third bottling of Ancona's Cuvee, Liquid Farm sources fruit from 'La Rinconada' high in the Sta Rita Hills. The outcome is thilling. This might be the most elegant Liquid Farm yet--driven by flavors of crip golden apple, pears, lemon water, and a mouthwatering chalky minerality this is exceptionally easy to down. Leaning toward the best Chablis I know. You may feel like you're stepping out onto fresh snowpack and drinking from a high mountain stream. Aged in completely neutral oak there are no detecable oak flavors here. A true testament to the potential of Sta Rita Hills. Thanks for hooking it up again Jeff and James."
