"The 2020 release from Brebis is firing on all cylinders. This small project from Eola-Amity Hills offers a simply stunning capture of the variety, manifesting all the trappings of pure, concentrated Oregon Pinot Noir. These vineyard are planted on Nikia -- an ancient basalt substrate that has a penchant for producing polished and pure Pinots with focus and elegance. This is one of the finest I've tasted -- layer upon layer of black cherries, creamy blackberry, and pinot spice harmonize to bring fourth a wine that is incredibly concentrated but still on the lighter side. If you'd poured it for me blind I would have guessed it was the work of Anthill Farms! Very classy."
