This wine is so apparently laced with stoniness: the smell of river rocks, ocean air, and seashells-this wine is the result of simply impeccable farming and hands of winemaking. These earth tones combine with bright citrus, papaya, and honeysuckle notes for a spectacularly delicious drink. Fermented using indigenous yeast.
