"This address in Tuscany has been practicing Organic viticulture since 2003 and is now Certified Organic and Certified Biodynamic. The Tenuta’s white wine is anchored by the classic Tuscan Trio: Trebbiano, Vermentino, and Malvasia. On the nose: yellow apple, pear, delicate citrus, and a stony minerality harmonize. Even as a minority blending component, Malvasia can be such an outrageously aromatic grape variety—all considered this wine is surprisingly restrained. On the palate this wine is brisk, and snappy, supported by bright acids, long minerality, and the subtle nuance of crunchy herbs. Perfect as an aperitivo with Italian cheese and charcuterie."
