On the nose: a happy combination of peaches, apricots, green apple, Asian pear, white cherries, and cream. On the palate, crisp acids are supported by a pillowy texture. A food pairing utility knife: this is something that can easily be partnered with salmon, sushi, quiche, and spicy Indian cuisine."
