When the team tasted the Hirschy Vineyard from Dusoil we knew it was a shoe in for the wine club. This is classic Willamette Valley displaying all of the hallmarks of the category. It carries with it a full basket of crisp just-picked berries, mushrooms, and damp earth. On the palate it offers up soft but layered tannins that coat the mouth and offer a lengthy, mouthwatering finish. This is classical Oregon Pinot Noir from a warm vintage—concentrated, mineral and satisfying. Pair it up with anything from fire roasted salmon to pig roast."
