"This estate is the endeavor of the Brunet family and the value here is unreal. Every time I revisit these wines, I’m reminded time and time again how much they over-deliver. This is a domaine that seems to be incorporating all of the quality-minded mythology you’d find at a domaine that charges twice the price. The utmost care is taken in the vineyards and I gotta say, it seriously shows through when you taste the liquid in the bottle. My notes read: ‘archetype chenin whispering of candle wax, lemons, wool, meadow, green apple, tea. An orchard in a bottle. This is salty and refined.’ L’Enchantoire is now Certified Organic (having been practicing organic since 2010). "
