"Petit Sale Blanc is a happy blend of Clairette and Vermentino--two of France's work horse whites of Provence. Although it might not taste "natty" this is bonafide natural wine by Chateau de Roquefort. Clairette and Vermentino work in great harmony. Clairette provides a backbone of stone fruits while the Vermentino brings forth fresh herbs and salinity. Organic and Biodynamic principals are applied in the vineyards. In the winery, these are fermented with indigenous yeast in neutral vessels prior to bottling with little or no added sulphur. The end result is clean, crisp, pure and mouthwateringly delicious with delicate white fish, summer salads, and as an aperitif in the heat. It is also vinified vegan."
