"A rare gem. In years Corbon deems special and worthy, they take the Avize Blanc de Blanc and age the bottles a full twenty years in their cellars! 2002 was such and vintage and, twenty years later, we have the result. This wine is disgored just prior to release so while tempered by age the wine remains fresh. Age meets beauty here; toasty brioche and caramel notes combine with classic Avize notes of white flowers and flavors of bright citrus and green apple. Of the 1,000 total bottles are made, we only bring 240 into the northeast."
