"The 2018 from Cantina del Pino is classic, soulful, effortless. On the nose: black cherries, fresh figs, plumb, rose petals, fresh herbs, roasted herbs, and delicate wafts of birch bark, sous bois, and warm spices. The palate is woven atop a dense layer of fine, velvety tannin: dense but plush and inviting. The finish is long and pleasurable.
