"Anachronistic is a small portion of Anachronism, our Gratzer inspired farmhouse ale which was transferred into an oak barrel previously containing spontaneously fermented beer and cherries. The pits, residual fruit flesh, wild yeast and bacteria all remained in the barrel; together, along with much time for maturation a beer reminiscent of its parts but wholly its own is formed. Brewed February 2018, packaged May 2020."
