"We first planted vines in the commune of Morogues in the Menetou-Salon AOC area of production in 1981, in the vineyard known as “Le Petit Clos”. This terroir is composed of Kimmeridgian marls (“terres blanches”) covering a south-eastern facing slope. To best appreciate this wine’s fruity freshness and aromas, it should be enjoyed within three to five years after bottling.

Served at between 8 and 12°C, this cuvée is the perfect complement to the bounty of the sea, including crustaceans, shellfish, and raw or cooked fish. It is also a good match for white meats and goat’s cheeses. It makes an ideal start to a meal, and is a great sipping wine to be enjoyed at any time of day."~(Winery Notes)
