"For five generations the Caille family in Monnieres in the Loire Valley has been producing high quality wines. They control production and vinify traditionally. Currently they are making the conversion to entierely organic agriculture. They are known for hiqh class Muscadet as well as unique bottlings of indigenous grape varietals such as Folle Blanche used to produce Gros Plant du Pays Nantais.
