Organic. "The 2009 Domaine Spiropoulos is Moschofilera, indigenous grape from Greece. This 2009 is accessible and fruity, perhaps more charming young and quite delicious. It still retains its minerality, and a subtle persistence. With air, it manages to show more acidity and lingers nicely, achieving an admirable balance between delicacy, fruit and intensity.~(WA)
